About CareGrid

Built by Nigerians who know the work.

CareGrid exists because Nigeria's healthcare facilities deserve the same operational intelligence as the world's best-run hospitals — and the people closest to that work deserve a seat at the table.

Our story

A platform born from Nigerian healthcare realities.

CareGrid was founded in Enugu, Nigeria with a clear-eyed understanding of the operational challenges facing healthcare facilities across the country. From University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital to private specialty clinics in Lagos and Abuja, the same problems persist: capacity managed in notebooks, staffing decisions made in WhatsApp groups, and patient handoffs that fall through fragmented systems.

We set out to build the operating layer that Nigerian healthcare facilities actually need — one that integrates with how teams already work, surfaces the right information at the right time, and transforms reactive operations into confident, coordinated care delivery.

What we stand for

Values that guide every decision.

Operator-Led

Every product decision is grounded in how Nigerian healthcare operators actually work — built with teams in Enugu, Lagos, and Abuja, not assumed from a distance.

Outcomes First

We measure success by the operational improvements our partners achieve — reduced wait times, better bed utilization, fewer coordination failures.

Care-Centered

We build infrastructure that makes more room for the human work of healthcare. Better operations mean more time for the patients who depend on Nigerian health workers.

Trustworthy by Design

Security and reliability are not features — they are foundational commitments that underpin everything we build for Nigeria's health institutions.

Our team

A Nigerian team built for the long game.

CareGrid brings together Nigerian healthcare operators, software engineers, data scientists, and systems thinkers who share a single belief: transforming how healthcare facilities operate in Nigeria is worthwhile, important work — and it starts from within the continent, not imported from outside.

We are headquartered in Enugu and are building a team that reflects the diversity of Nigeria's healthcare landscape — from tertiary hospitals in the south-east to primary care facilities across the north. We hire people who understand operational complexity, move carefully, and build for the long term.
